A massive thank you goes out to Dr. Michael and the team from Adio Chiropractic. In the chiropractic offices I have been to in the past, you show up, tell them where it hurts, get "racked and cracked" and sent on your way. It is no surprise that the same symptoms kept showing up. At Adio, the team took time to sit down with me and explain the benefits of chiropractic care. They also explained how they would be able to get to the root cause of the problem instead of chasing symptoms. Also, the technique that Dr. Michael uses is so much more gentle than the chiropractors I have seen in the past. Knowing that the technique is safe for infants all the way up to the elderly was a major selling point for me. My family has been seeing Dr MICHAEL at Adio Chiropractic for 5 years now. I started with neck & back problems from a car accident and now I am pain free. I now go for regular small adjustments just to maintain good health. We also have been bringing our 2 children since they were babies and Dr Michael is very knowledgeable taking care of them. Now my youngest is 5 and we continue to maintain good health. If you have ailments that prevent you from enjoying life then I highly recommend Adio Chiropractic to get to the root of your condition. My family and I are finishing our first year with Dr. Michael and his amazing team at ADIO. The staff at ADIO is fantastic. They know what they are doing when you come in and they take of you with no hassles. The care I have receive has helped me in many aspects I came in with lower back pain, sciatica pain, leg numbness, and arm numbness. After going through the care Dr. Michael suggested a year ago when we first came in I don’t have numbness in my legs anymore. My lower pack pain and sciatic pain is minimal compared to what it use to be and the numbness in my arms is minimal as well. The entire staff at ADIO do an amazing job they took care of me and my family and worked with us financially as well!! ~ Holly H

I have had A TON of experience with chiropractic in my past. With scoliosis I have tried treatment programs and maintenance practices for the last 15 years. I had enjoyed and appreciated what those practices had to offer me, but when I found Adio, I really wanted to see what they were about and how their treatment could help me. I have been receiving treatment for almost a month and can say I am experiencing pain relief in the form of less sharp pain and less radiating pain. I’ve had better sleep, less stiffness and a bit better ability to work out! Simply the best! Dr. Michael and his staff are very welcoming and friendly! Since our first appointment which started with great information about Chiropractic treatment and its benefits, a full evaluation to address our concerns, and an X-ray to see our spinal alignment, I knew we were in the right hands. I came in with lower back pain and TMJ pain and after my first adjustment with Dr. Michael I immediately noticed a difference. A month after starting treatment my lower back pain and TMJ pain was barely noticeable. My husband, son, and mother all see Dr. Micheal for treatment and we are all so grateful for him because he always listens to our concerns and helps us feel better after every adjustment. I love these guys. It started out just as a “lets check out this new chiropractor office”, and my whole family has been going for a year now. I know all of their staff by name because they are all that awesome. Also, the type of chiropractic care they give seems to be much better than the typical twist/crack that I was used to. Currently working with their team of doctors to develop a plan for my son who has bad allergies. Crazy to think that chiropractic treatment can help with that, but I wouldn’t keep going if I didn’t believe in it by seeing results. Oh, and they are amazing with kids too btw... I have 2 boys, age 2 and almost 4. They love going and seeing the team and getting adjusted. ~ Ryan W

I would recommend this team anyone who suffers with any body pain. I am almost completely without pain thanks to them. That only have they fixed the issues that I went in for they found a few that I didn't know I had and fix those. The team is so friendly and welcoming every time I come in there. They have informed me on everything they're doing to me and why. They told me that I I would get a little worse before I started getting better and that was true it was painful but it was well worth it. I have more Mobility now than I've had in years. I've been coming to Dr. Mike 3yrs+ and his care is Outstanding! He is very compassionate and loves what he does - helping people feel better. His staff is always friendly and helpful. For years I tried various chiropractors with manual treatments BUT was still in pain. Other chiropractors told me they could not adjust my neck that I needed to learn to live with the pain. Dr. Mikes treatment protocol is very specific and is isolated to the exact area that needs adjustment. After a couple months of treatment my neck pain was gone. Now I go for maintenance 2×/month. Based on my personal experience as an ADIO patient, I have been very pleased with the results we have achieved so far. The ADIO chiropractic treatment sessions were specifically tailored to relieve shoulder, neck pain and upper back pain and stiffness associated with regular exercise and outdoor recreational activities that I enjoy as an active senior. The treatments at ADIO have done more than temporarily relieving my pain and stiffness. Instead, they have actually resulted in the permanent realignment and healing of damaged tissues, allowing me to continue with my exercise program and with a full range of outdoor recreational activities. Im not going to lie: my first impression was “ohh my, what did I get myself into! This has got to be a huge scheme!” But I am extremely glad that I took the leap of faith and decided to see what Adio was about. I came into Adio with severe lower back pain, however after my initial visit I learned that there was a little more going on than just my lower back pain. Prior to my first adjustment, I could not sit without my lower back having a spasm and causing severe pain. After my FIRST adjustment, the spasms were gone! I could sleep, sit, and stand significantly better after walking out of my first visit. Now, after about 1 month of visits, I can feel a major difference in my spinal health, and other things I never thought would be affected. Honestly, I have noticed major changes in blood circulation and daily mood since I have had adjustments here. Dr. Michael and his team are absolutely phenomenal! In this office, the focus is on true neurologically based chiropractic care for each person. Education is also a huge part of what they do. Best place ever! I came while pregnant to get relief from back and hip pain and I got it! I came after my baby was born because my back was messed up before I was pregnant, and I have experienced better skin, better sleep, reduced stomach pain, and of course my back has felt better too. The staff here is wonderful and seems to really care about you. Dr. Michael is a great doctor and person and I enjoy seeing him weekly. I always feel better after I leave here and I have had a stuffy nose clear from an adjustment and I had a good pregnancy and delivery because of the work I received here. ~ Aryel

I went in to Adio with the worst back pain I have ever had, especially in my lower back. After my first adjustment I could notice a difference. After the second visit my pain was mostly gone! I've been seeing Dr. Michael for a couple months now and I'm beginning to see improvement. I have several issues and spinal health is helping me deal with them. Adio runs a pretty tight and efficient ship. I'm usually in and out in about 10 minutes. That's not to say my needs aren't being met, but my time respected. Dr. Michael doesn't just crack my neck and back and hope for results. He adjusts what needs adjusting and I'm on my way. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. During my consultation they took the time to answer any questions that I had and after my first adjustment I was able to do some thing that I haven’t done in a year which was tilt my head from side to side with no pain. I have fibromyalgia and my back and neck are in very bad shape and they took the time to show me and explain everything to me as well as go over my treatment plan. Absolutely love everything about ADIO! The receptionists are so friendly, the space is welcoming, and the doctors and knowledgeable and very caring. Besides all of that, I’ve see huge improvement in my back pain and neck, including stability in my spine which has reduced the number of times I tweak my back. I’ve also seen improvement in my digestion and PMS pain. I love the quantitative results, too, where you can see the results visually over time because of the scan assessments.
